Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Situations

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
